Order Processing Time
- All orders are processed within [1–3] business days after payment confirmation, excluding weekends and public holidays.
- During sale periods, festive seasons, or high-demand periods, processing may take slightly longer. We will notify you of any significant delays.
- You will receive an order confirmation email once your order is placed, and a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order ships.

We currently ship to:
- Domestic (India): All serviceable pin codes across India.

Shipping Charges
- Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and order value.
- We offer free shipping on orders above ₹[amount] (domestic orders only), unless otherwise stated in an active promotion.
- International shipping charges, duties, and taxes (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer.

Delivery timelines are estimates provided by our courier partners and are not guaranteed. Delays due to weather, customs, courier operational issues, or other unforeseen circumstances are beyond our control.
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email/SMS. You can track your order directly on the courier partner's website or through the tracking link provided.
Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees levied by their country. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost and are collected by the courier or customs authority at the time of delivery.
Delayed or Lost Shipments
- If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us at aavrittiqueens@gmail.com with your order number, and we will investigate with our courier partner.
- In the rare case a shipment is confirmed lost in transit, we will offer a replacement or store credit, subject to investigation.
Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address, pin code, and contact number are accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer. Additional charges may apply for re-shipping in such cases.
Order Changes & Cancellations
- Requests to change the shipping address or cancel an order can only be accommodated before the order is shipped. Once shipped, orders cannot be modified or cancelled.
